Although we’ve decided to cease operations in the United Kingdom as of April 30, 2012, we will continue to stand behind the lifetime guarantee of our albums and offer our replacement guarantee. 

Creative Memories Guarantee:  When subjected to normal use, traditional albums, have a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If any component of your album proves defective, repair or replacement with the same or equivalent album or album part will be made without charge.

Memory Manager 3.0 Software Update 7
Download the latest software update for Memory Manager 3.0. This update allows CD/DVD burning in Windows 7. To download and install this update, follow the instructions below.
1. Close your version of Memory Manager if it is currently running.
2. Click the MM3UpdateSetup.exe link below to start the download.
This update is applicable to Memory Manager 3.0 Software ONLY.

3. When prompted, download the update setup file to your computer for installation and click Save. Browse to the MM3UpdateSetup.exe file that you’ve saved, double click the file and then click Run. Follow the instructions on the screen to install the update. (Please note, simply downloading this file will not update Memory Manager 3.0.)
If your browser does not display a dialog prompt when you click on the link, try right-clicking the link and selecting either Open or Save Target As...

Some users may also need to download and install the following service update. Please install update 6 first, then test CD/DVD burning, if you experience a problem, only then should you download and install this service update Memory Manager 3.0 Service Update.
